I highly recommend Essaouira bikes. Their mountain bikes are in excellent condition - which is not the case with all of the bike rental companies in Essaouira - and Morat and his brother Sofian are two of the nicest people you can meet. Central location in the medina also.

We rented three mountain bikes and one city bike of very good quality and made a tour to Diabat and further south. This turned out to be a very good way to discover the environment of Essaouira. The owner, Soufiane, is very friendly and also gave us good advice on Essaouira restaurants. Highly recommended.
